Due to the fact that ceramics are so unpredictable, I don’t always know when my next restock will be until about a week before. However I try to make sure I announce it on Instagram as well as via the newsletter. Please sign up for email list at the bottom of the page to be alerted about the next web drop! Sometimes were are even newsletter exclusive drops ;-)

I do not hold, reserve, or save pieces for anyone, as this would be unfair to everyone else. I do sympathize with the mad dash to get a coveted piece! I wish I could make more but I unfortunately only have two hands, only so many hours in the day, and only so many days in the week (and believe me I work almost all of them!). Thank you for understanding!

All drops are first come first serve, and often times these drops sell out in a matter of minutes. This is partly due to the fact that these are small batches of anywhere from 10 to 60 of each style (and there is only so many because they are all handmade by me), as well as just a high demand.

The one suggestion I can give is that you make an account (click the spinning smiley face on the top right) and plug in all your shipping and billing info ahead of time. That and just be ready right at drop time! Good luck and I appreciate the support! It means a lot to me that you want my items :-)

Pretty much all items are dishwasher safe, though I do strongly reccomend hand washing to preserve the longevity of any colors.

Almost everything is microwave safe except for any Opal or Chrome pieces!!! These pieces have small bits of metal incorporated in the shiny luster and cannot be microwaved whatsoever.

All sales are final!! Unless the item is defective or broken in shipment, of course. In which case we will work out a replacement or a refund. If this happens please contact me and have photos on hand in case I need them for the shipping company. Refunds or replacements are decided on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding!
